Return & Refund Policy


At Freedom Cart, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and fair shopping experience. We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read the full policy before requesting a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return only if:

  • ​The item you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
  • ​You notify us within 3 days of delivery
  • ​You provide a clear unboxing video recorded before opening the package


Important(*): Please record an unboxing video before opening your parcel. This video is mandatory for any return or refund request. Requests without this proof will not be accepted.


We do not accept returns for:

  • ​Change of mind
  • ​Dislike after opening
  • ​Minor packaging dents that do not affect product use


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  • ​Use the Contact Us form on our website or email us at dropweb07@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery​
  • ​Mention your order number, describe the issue, and attach the unboxing video​
  • ​Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days


3. Returning the Product

If your return request is approved:​

  • ​You will be asked to ship the item back to our return address​
  • ​Return shipping cost will be your responsibility (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)​
  • ​The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging


​Note: We do not offer reverse pickup at this time.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after:

  • ​The returned product is received and inspected
  • ​The issue is confirmed as genuine
  • ​Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days


5. Replacements

If a valid issue is confirmed and you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new item once the returned one is received and verified.


6. Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund claims
  • Returns without proof or beyond the allowed window will not be accepted
  • Misuse or self-damaged items are not eligible
