Freedom Cart currently ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful online payment. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
2. Shipping Charges
All prices on our website already include delivery charges.
There are no additional shipping fees—what you see is what you pay.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the courier partner’s network.
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days from the dispatch date.
Occasional delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or other external factors.
4. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the link shared via email once your parcel is dispatched.
If tracking does not update for more than 48 hours, feel free to contact us at [your support email] with your order number.
5. Refused or Undelivered Shipments
Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept it. In such cases, please inform us within 24 hours by email and include clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.
Refusing delivery for reasons other than visible damage is not considered a valid return and may result in no refund.
6. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, email us at [your support email] as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes are not guaranteed after processing.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid online at checkout.
